For those players who missed out on getting the official Christmas Break Pre Season Training Program, here it is for you to follow.  It is in your interests to do it because if you don’t, you risk some serious pain when the PT’s return to training on the 18 January 2010.

Pre Season Training re-commences on 11 January 2010 at 6pm at Somers.  If you follow the program laid out it will hold you in good stead for your return.

I believe PB is also opening up the changerooms on a Tuesday and Thursday over the break to do some training sessions.  If you’re keen for a run/kick/ some weights give him a call and liaise with him some times to get down and have a run. 

Training for season 2010 commences this Monday 16th November at the Crib Point Football Ground at 6:00pm.  Come down for a light run and meet our new coach Dave Lawson in his first public appearance for the Crib Point Football Club. 

Training will be held Modays, Wednesdays and Fridays until the 18th December.  Get down this Monday to hear further details.

As you may or may not have heard, I have been appointed as senior playing coach of the Crib Point Football Club. With this lies a huge challenge for myself, something that I look forward to and know I will embrace. Thanks to Tim and the committee for giving me this opportunity.

Crib Point Football Club are pleased to announce that Dave Lawson has been appointed Senior Coach of the Crib Point Football Club for season 2010.

Dave has played his entire football career with Sorrento where he has played in 2 premierships as a captain, including a Best on Ground performance in the 2004 Nepean Grand Final where Sorrento defeated Bonbeach by one point.
